Critical Care Training Center provides training courses through American Heart Association for ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ECG & Pharmacology, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) courses.

ACLS Initial Course
Classroom-based course where participants learn from experienced providers how to treat adult victim of cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. In this course provider will practice basic life support skills, including chest compressions, use of a bag-mask device and use of an AED. Recognition and management of airway, symptomatic bradycardia, acute coronary syndromes, strokes, respiratory and cardiac arrest. Airway management, symptomatic bradycardia, acute coronary syndromes, strokes, respiratory and cardiac arrest will be covered in your American Heart Association ACLS Class. Megacode section of your course will focus on effective commination as a member and a leader of a resuscitation team.
PALS Initial Course
Our video-based, instructor-led class that uses a series of simulation scenarios to emphasize the significant concepts of a orderly approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics is an ideal place to learn and practice pediatric megacode. Our AHA PALS class, which is taught by experts in the field of medicine, is designed in easy to understand format leaving our participants confident in skills learned and complete understanding of American Heart Association PALS algorithms. AHA PALS course is a mandatory class required for anybody interested in working Critical Care areas of the hospitals such as Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and hospitals were pediatric patients are cared for.
ECG & Pharmacology
Our instructor-led class for ECG (also known as EKG) and pharmacology course is an ideal course for nursing students prior to taking their Advanced Medical Surgical course or ACLS/PALS course. Though it is not a prerequisite, students that attend this course are geared with greater knowledge and are able to identify rhythms faster compared to others. In this course participants will learn and practice basic electrophysiology, normal ECG measurements, basic arrhythmias, identification and treatment for atrial rhythms, ventricular rhythms and different types of blocks. Our American Heart Association ECG Certification Course is taught in easy to understand format.
